About Port Gardner PM

Serving the greater Puget Sound region for over 30 years.

Port Gardner Property Management, Inc., provides full-service Condominium and Homeowner association management in the greater Puget Sound area with over 30 years of experience to both new and existing communities


We employ a staff of professionals who are experienced in Condominium/HOA subject matter, and continually receive training in current industry standards and practices in order to successfully manage and satisfy our clients. Our employees are involved in the day-to-day operations of these properties managed by Port Gardner and are dedicated to the sole improvement of each and every community we manage.

Condominium/HOA Community Management

At Port Gardner we recognize the importance of cohesive administrative services and a solid accounting system to meet the needs of your community. Our Community Managers pride themselves in providing excellent board, committee and homeowner communications, financial management, ACC requests and Association Rule Compliance. Have a special need? Accounting

We place great emphasis on our accounting abilities. Port Gardner's accounting system is capable of providing all of the information your Board needs for tracking income, expenses, budgeting, facilitating and tracking special assessments, financial reporting, vendor communications, invoice payments and dues collections. 

Maintenance

No Management company would be complete without the ability to handle every conceivable maintenance issue. Port Gardner uses a variety of independent contractors that give you and your community efficient, quality work at reasonable prices.  We also offer a wide range of property maintenance services to keep your properties in top condition. From landscaping to repairs, we've got you covered. 

Rental Property Management

Interest in renting/leasing your property? We manage Single and Multi-family home at a reasonable rate whether you just need help finding a tenant or would like to utilize our full management services. We can help! Services include:
